Manfredi Urciuoli
Founder
Management Engineer with 20 years of experience in the field at Gruppo MutuiOnline, one of the few Italian "unicorns," listed on the Milan stock exchange since 2006. They began their career in 2002 when MutuiOnline was still a start-up. Initially working as a Business Analyst for the development of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for mortgages; later, they served as the head of BPO services for the sale of the fifth of salary and pension (CLC - Centro Lavorazione Cessione), and then as a Business Development Manager for the Broking division of the group (contributing to the launch of ConfrontaConti.it, Segugio.it, and energy and gas tariff comparison services). From 2013 to 2021, they served as the CEO of Centro Processi Assicurativi, a Group company specializing in providing Business Process Outsourcing services to insurance companies, public administration, and multi-utilities. During this time, they gained experience in applying service industrialization principles to the world of claims, particularly in claims assessment, settlement, and dispute management.
Graduated with honors in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, they pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at INSEAD, one of the most prestigious business schools globally, during their professional journey.
Fabrizio Ferrari
Chief Technology Officer
Computer Engineer with over 16 years of experience at the Gruppo MutuiOnline, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer and designed the IT platform aimed at streamlining all internal company processes.
Graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in Computer Software Engineering.
Andrea Picone
Chief Technology Officer
Software Engineer with a strong development background. From 2022 to 2023, worked at QUANTIX SIM, focusing on backend programming for the risk management platform provided to institutional investors. Previously, worked as a programmer analyst at Fluid-o-Tech for 3 years, handling various ICT-related projects, and for 9 years as a programmer analyst at Gruppo MutuiOnline, specializing in Microsoft .NET technologies. Worked on developing the platform used by the Centro Lavorazione Cessioni (CLC), MOL Group's business line dedicated to outsourcing the practices of Sale of the Fifth of Salary and Pension, and Eagle & Wise, the MOL Group's business line providing real estate appraisal services.
Graduated from Politecnico di Milano in Computer Engineering.

Business Analyst
Engineer with over 7 years of experience as CEO at La pagina degli sconti, a company he co-founded where he handled business strategy and financial management. Additionally, worked as a consultant at Business Integration Partner (BIP) for over 2 years in the Industry Energy & Utilities.
Graduated in Management Engineering with a specialization in Digital Business and Market Innovation from Politecnico di Milano. During the professional journey, pursued a Master's in Legal Tech at The Future Law School.
